Promotional Graphics

Promotional graphics and images form part of the marketing collateral of the Mambo project. Promotional graphics fall into two main categories.

The first category is for web graphics - images that are made available for download, for Mambo users to display on their web sites, and graphics that can be shared among Mambo solutions providers, translation partners, and the like.

Secondly, Mambo needs high quality promotional graphics for print publications. These are used in magazine articles, in brochures, on flyers, posters and banners.

Mambo used to have a good collection of marketing collateral, including artwork, display stands and expo promotional materials. However, in 2005 this was lost to the Mambo project. Mambo is slowly rebuilding its marketing collateral but needs contributions from graphic designers and artists.

A promotional graphic should illustrate what Mambo does, the value it brings, and encourage viewers to learn more. On the next few pages you can see the sum total of the graphics we have now.

As you can see, there is a serious shortage of good artwork for promoting Mambo. The only artwork we have for print are the Mambo business cards (not displayed here for obvious reasons).
